Sunchase Beachfront Condominiums Rental Policies

All units are fully appointed with everything you will need.

All rentals of less than 30 days must pay 13.5% hotel/motel tax

We require a $200 deposit per week to confirm your reservation. Deposit will be refunded or transferrred with 60 day notice. A processing fee of $25 will be charged for all changes or cancellations after a reservation is confirmed.

To receive the weekly rate, you must stay in the same condo during the entire week.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

We accept payment upon arrival bycash, personal check, VISA or MASTERCARD.

Some of our units are pet friendly; NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE.
